Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Securitas AB is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
