Job Description: As an Online Customer Success Assistant at Peltarion, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. Working closely with our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients to help them maximize the value they receive from our products and services. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance via email, chat, and phone - Help customers navigate our online platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively address customer needs and concerns - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns they may have - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create resources and materials to support customer success - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
Requirements: - Confident and driven personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities - Proficiency in using CRM systems and online collaboration tools - Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
