Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Spotify in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate level position, the Online Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts, subscriptions, and technical support. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve our overall customer experience. 5. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common customer inquiries and technical solutions. 6. Assist with testing new features and updates to the online platform to ensure a smooth customer experience. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding customer support and data privacy.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms. 3. Hardworking and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs. 4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. 5. Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 6. Experience working in a customer support role in a technology or online platform industry preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
