Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Trustly is seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. The right candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support to our clients and users. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a preference for candidates who have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our online platform - Communicate customer feedback and technical issues to the appropriate internal teams - Assist in updating and maintaining online knowledge base and FAQs - Assist in testing new online features and functionalities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience - Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency


Requirements: - Proven experience in online customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Energetic personality with a passion for customer service - Innovative thinker with the ability to think critically and suggest improvements
