Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Evolution Gaming is seeking a motivated Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting industry and gain valuable experience in online customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide friendly and professional customer support via live chat, email, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues. 3. Assist customers with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies. 7. Provide feedback to improve the overall customer support experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Adaptable and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
