Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Fjällräven, a leading outdoor clothing and equipment brand, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Malmö, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with product information, sizing, and order-related questions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and energetic personality traits - Critical thinking and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus) - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service software
