Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resilient Online Customer Support Associate to join our team at Haglöfs in Uppsala, SE. This part-time entry-level position does not require any previous experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all customer interactions - Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding customers towards solutions and making recommendations


Requirements: - Motivated and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of outdoor apparel and equipment is a plus, but not required
