Job Description: The Online Customer Support Manager at Quinyx will be responsible for managing all aspects of online customer support operations. This position requires a highly skilled individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer support and a strong background in online customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives - Ensure timely and effective customer support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor customer support metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and optimize the online customer experience - Train and mentor new customer support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations - Energetic personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Proficient in data analysis to drive decision-making - Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive positive outcomes
