Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage the online customer support team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Monitor customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer support experience - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in online customer support management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Adaptable and motivated with a positive attitude - Presentation and innovation skills - Knowledge of CRM software and online communication tools
