Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Axis Communications is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer support activities - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Use various communication channels to provide excellent customer service - Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor customer support team members - Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong communication and presentation skills - 5 years of experience in customer support - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Proven track record of successfully managing customer support operations - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools
