Job Description:
As the Online Customer Support Manager at Koenigsegg Automotive AB, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of online customer support to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our valued customers. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to provide timely and professional assistance to customers who reach out via our website, email, or other online channels. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve customer experience, analyze customer feedback, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online customer support team and ensure all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to customer problems. 4. Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on customer satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Experience with online customer support tools and platforms is a plus.
