Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Trustly is seeking a motivated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Stockholm on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our online users.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information. 3. Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences. 4. Work with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends to improve our services. 6. Assist in the development and maintenance of customer support resources.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong research and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
