Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

SKF is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Associate in Uppsala, Sweden. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. As an Online Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assisting customers with placing orders and processing payments - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Resourceful and resilient, with the ability to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively - Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of customer service best practices and experience using online chat support platforms
