Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Hövding, a cutting-edge company based in Stockholm, is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Associate to join their dynamic team. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support through live chat on the company's website - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends to improve service offerings - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support - Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
