Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


G5 Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving customer engagement.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in communication - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement through the live chat platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to customers


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs - Confidence in managing online chat platforms and resolving customer issues effectively - Creativity in developing engaging chat interactions that drive customer engagement - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Prior experience in a customer service or online support role is preferred
