Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

LightAir is currently seeking a hardworking and dedicated Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - High level of emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging customer interactions - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
