Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Kry is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize provided resources to research and troubleshoot customer inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive interaction with each customer - Document all customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall efficiency - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and information provided to customers - Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner - Proficient in using technology to navigate chat platforms and other software tools - Excellent written communication skills in Swedish and English - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
