Online Live Chat Specialist

As an Online Live Chat Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing them with prompt and accurate information regarding our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities:

Requirements:
