Job Description - Online Live Chat Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Re:newcell in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position with a part-time schedule, the Online Live Chat Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through online chat communication.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide information, support, and assistance - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Document interactions and follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve under pressure - Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team environment - Excellent written communication skills in Swedish and English - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems
