Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Sinch in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries and provide customer support through live chat - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Research and provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and recommend improvements to processes and systems - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
