Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Snow Software is seeking a Part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. 2. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately address customer inquiries and provide recommendations. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online chat best practices to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance the quality of service provided to customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 3.
