Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

SKF is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support through live chat services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns. - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Research and stay up-to-date on SKF products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant assistance to customers. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential leads and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - Research skills to quickly gather information and provide relevant solutions to customer inquiries. - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using chat and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
