Sinch is seeking a motivated Online Support Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback - Collaborate with the customer support team to improve overall customer satisfaction - Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
