Job Description - Online Support Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Support Associate to join our team at Tobii Technology in Göteborg, SE. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online users. This role is part-time, at the Associate level, with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 2. Experience in a customer service or technical support role. 3. Driven and independent with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 4. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer issue resolution. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
