Job Description - Online Support Manager

Aspiro is seeking a part-time Online Support Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online support channels including email, chat, and social media. - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall online support experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communication. - Train and mentor support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of online support initiatives. - Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM systems and online support tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior experience in managing support staff is a plus.
