Job Description:
Einride is seeking a confident and reliable Online Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of online customer support for our cutting-edge technology solutions. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online support specialists to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to users of Einride's technology solutions. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online support team. 3. Monitor and analyze online support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Develop and update online support resources, including FAQs, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution for all parties involved.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in online customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and online support tools. 6. Experience managing a team of support specialists is preferred. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
