Job Description:
Electrolux is seeking a resourceful and reliable Online Support Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of online customer support for our products. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer support experience. 2. Manage a team of online support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 3. Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve online customer support issues. 5. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of online support initiatives. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.
Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
