Job Description:
Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses a strong work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all online support operations, including responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience across all online platforms. 4. Analyze and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support. 6. Train and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7.
