Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Camfil is looking for a part-time Online Support Officer to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Officer will be responsible for providing online support to customers, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and confidence.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers, clients, and partners via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Monitor online platforms for customer feedback and escalate issues as needed. 5. Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer support or online support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Adaptability and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Planning and organizational skills.
