Job Description - Online Support Officer


Job Description:


Spotify is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Officer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As an Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our online users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to user inquiries and issues through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users in a timely manner - Coordinate with other teams within the company to escalate and resolve complex problems - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback - Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the development team to test new features and updates before they are released to the public


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Knowledge of online platforms and digital streaming services - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
