Online Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Online Support Officer to join our team at Spotify in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers and ensuring a seamless user experience on our platform.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues via email, chat, and social media platforms - Providing guidance and assistance to customers on how to use our platform effectively - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Monitoring user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement - Contributing to the development of support resources and training materials for customers - Assisting with the implementation of new features and updates on the platform - Maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism - Utilizing persuasion skills to encourage customer engagement and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4+ years of experience in online customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customer needs - Persuasion skills to drive customer engagement and loyalty - Familiarity with CRM systems and online support tools
