Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Teenage Engineering is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Support Officer to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in creating and updating online support documentation and resources - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
