Job Description:
As an Online Support Officer at DICE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to problems in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer interactions to identify trends and improve our overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalations to appropriate teams for resolution. 3. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to problems effectively. 4. Monitor and analyze customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and feedback. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 5. Proficient in analysis and persuasion soft skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 8. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
