Job Description - Online Support Specialist

Job Description:


LeoVegas, a leading online gaming company, is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through live chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of the company's products and services. 3. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms. 4. Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer support process. 5. Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support to ensure consistently high-quality service. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Possess emotional intelligence and strong people management skills. 3. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Experience in the online gaming industry is a plus.
