Job Description - Online Support Specialist

Job Description:


Axis Communications, a leading provider of network video solutions, is seeking a motivated and independent Online Support Specialist to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via online channels, such as email, chat, and social media. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online channels - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Axis Communications products - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues - Assist in the development of online support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer inquiries and issues


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a technical support role - Motivated individual with the ability to work independently - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - Knowledge of network video solutions and security systems is a plus
