Job Description:

Instabox is looking for a passionate and motivated Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Stockholm. As an Associate-level position with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to address customer concerns and drive sales - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with customers - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Motivated to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations - Soft skills in negotiation and persuasion are a plus
