Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Peltarion in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers via online web chat with inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
