Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Starbreeze Studios is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will be energetic and confident in their interactions with customers. You will be responsible for providing support to customers through our online web chat platform, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating positive experiences for all users.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers and resolving their issues. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms.
