Lifesum is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the tech industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat channels - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues on the Lifesum platform - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support process
