Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Tink in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer support
