Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

AstraZeneca is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level position with 3 years of experience, the Online Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through online web chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Conduct research to provide customers with relevant information - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Meet performance targets and goals set by the company - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong research and project management skills - Proficiency in using online chat software and tools - Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
