Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Truecaller is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through the online chat system - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and features to customers through the chat platform - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
