Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and dynamic Support Assistant to join our team at Shopify in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, Sweden. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-line support to customers via email, phone, and chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. 4. Maintain accurate records and documents related to customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
