Support Assistant

Job Description:

Lifesum, a cutting-edge health and wellness company in Stockholm, is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team. As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our users. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues via email, phone, and chat 2. Assist users with navigating our app and resolving technical problems 3. Provide product recommendations and guidance on healthy lifestyle choices 4. Collaborate with other teams to address user feedback and improve the customer experience 5. Help develop FAQs and other support materials for our users 6. Support the customer success team in executing retention strategies and reducing churn

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with a positive attitude 2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think creatively 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer support tools and software 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 6. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
