Remote Support Assistant

Peak Performance is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in remote support.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist in creating training materials for customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong research skills - Innovative mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Familiarity with remote support tools is a plus
