Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Assistant to join our team at IKEA in Stockholm. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing travel arrangements - Manage correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders - Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and customers - Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems - Assist with event planning and coordination - Support team members with any ad-hoc tasks as required - Cultivate a sense of ownership and responsibility at every level in the working environment
Requirements: - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving and people management skills - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and ability to multitask
