Remote Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a part-time Remote Support Assistant to join our team at Instabox in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

As a Remote Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing support to our customers through various remote communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will assist in troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you must be energetic and adaptable, able to think on your feet and tackle challenges head-on. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage people are essential soft skills required for this position.
