Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

As a Remote Support Assistant at Skanska, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing email correspondence - Provide technical support for virtual meetings, webinars, and other online events - Assist with research and data collection for various projects - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
