Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Support Assistant at Polestar, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our team, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a dynamic and innovative company in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities: - Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members - Assist with data entry, document management, and other administrative tasks - Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records and reports of interactions with customers and internal staff - Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on process improvements - Support the team with any additional tasks or projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a support role or similar position - Reliable and resilient individual with excellent decision-making skills - Strong time management abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
