Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Assistant to join our team at Acast, a leading podcast company, in a part-time, work from home position based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an Associate Level Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with our platform. 3. Collaborating with the sales team to assist with client onboarding and training. 4. Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and CRM management. 5. Monitoring customer feedback and escalating important issues to the appropriate team members.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. 3. Proven track record of being adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. 5. Experience working remotely and independently. 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
